They are targeting the innocent Job seekers for their insurance target, by using all the corporate terms, Work from Home option and Monthly 20K fixed salary and all. Useless interviews and aptitude assessment by the company just to made the selected candidates to believe that is all real. Finally they called you for Day 1 training session in that they assign some useless workings and presentation and the task which has been assigned by the Insurance Domain is to buy one insurance product to your Blood relation in the name of task to reach their target. So far this is called as Insurance agents not a BAO . This all Recruitment drama is just to sell their Insurance products to us. Be aware from these kind of Scammers....Read More

Got a call from recruiter of this company with a job description of BAO and salary 20k and all that. Told to attend the interview process through online and attend the session conducted by the company. After attending the interview process around evening sent the conformation mail by saying to pay around 800rps.After the payment you will receive the offer letter and the training starts.There another guy will blabber some things for 3 to hours regarding the insurance and ends by saying you have to do a insurance of higher rate around 30k. After that so called TLwill keep on forcing you take the insurance and if you can't do you will be excluded from further work. So after some time I came to know that its just a MLM company. Consider it a awareness Step 1 :Your profile from job sites will be taken and called with a fake job description Step 2: To make the candidate believe it's a legitimate company they will provide details and other stuff.Exam fees of 800 rps for exam followed by sales and marketing of selling insurance but wont mention the premium. Step 3:Conduct interview to make the candidate believe it as original interview Step 4 :Send conformation mail and ask the candidate to pay the fees. Step 5 :Once paid send them offer letter and tell them there will be training session. Step6: In that session there will be a prolonged session ending with the candidate to take a insurance. If you can't do it then it's over. So in short it's a MLM scheme collect freshers detail provide fake job description then ask them to pay the money in the indirect way and ask them to purchase a worthless insurance to achieve their target. I am sharing it as a experience so that some people reads it and move away from these frauds. So people who who faced the same thing share your experience so others wont get scammed it may take few minutes but it will save some people hard earned money....Read More
