It's a philanthropic attitude academic institution.Hard work culture experienced but casteism mar the integrity of the academics and students personality. Good infrastructure available, work life is balanced. Potential teachers needed to be employed to improve the standard of school.

Teachers academic qualifications are below standard. Casteism plays vital role it spoils the environment of the school.

Work Details

As the principal I have had the liberty to structure curriculum and its implementation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Employees provident fund provision was existed for willing staff. Transport allowance for the teachers from long distance more than two kilometres provided. Suitable library available for all.

I faced lot of politics from colleagues, and main thing is agreement, which there is no chance to resign in middle
