The only thing I liked when working there was learning about the business and solving business problems with technology.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is no job security. Reasonable compensation was promised but not given. The work environment is toxic. No option of WFH, have to come to the office regularly. Co-founders only listen to one guy for tech-related things.

Work Details

My responsibility is to lead the backend engineering team and develop the whole backend application to support companies' products.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
