Freedom of work. Flexible working time. Good cooperative staff. Getting appreciation from the Top Management.

Dislikes

No appraisal, No salary increment and promotion for deserving staff, Dirty politics in HR. Hence good, inteligent and hard working staff quit the Company very soon.
