The company policy is highly questionable, as it appears to be influenced primarily by the ED and VP. They seem to have unchecked authority and can terminate employees at will, often without prior notice. The workplace is plagued by poor management and toxic office politics. This used to be the best company to work for, but now it’s definitely turned out to be the worst. Illogical MDs and EDs. They make operations staff work on automations and codes, how ridiculous is that? This year people received 4 to 5 % hike while they spent 4000 crores to set up this new bangalore and mumbai office. HR department in this company is a joke. They have something called CADP program where a fresher does coding and automations for 1.5 years and suddenly gets promoted to manager while people with 10 plus years experience in operations are treated like shit. After all this they have an Employee opinion survey, how stupid is that?...Read More

It was good at first, when I joined, good WFH benefits, WFH equipment reimbursement. Good culture.

The culture is not moving in a good direction, there is very less to No appreciation, team culture are going into abyss. Its just becoming a service based company. They are ending the WFH policy. Hike are bad, suddenly they unofficially rollout a policy during appraisal cycle, that management has decided to not give anyone the top rating, everyone has doing only satisfactory work. Salary is decent compared to industry average. Also, You don’t need to worry about the job security unless you are really bad. Work life balance depends on which line of business and what team are you working.

Dislikes

Promotions are too slow compared to your peers in US or UK. A person will stay as an Analyst or Associate for years and your peer will become a Vice President or even an Executive Director within the same timelines. Your promotions are hardly based on your performance and mostly based on how much good relationship you have with your manager and how much the management has endorsed you as a brand.

Everything depends on your Manager. And all are so insecure that if they see you as a competition then they will turn your life upside down by misusing their power. Very Toxic, in the name of learning curve, they will put you in the harsh environment and there would be no room for errors.
