Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.

Dislikes

IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.

- Payment disparity (someone 2 years less experienced may be at higher position with much higher salary even though you do same work with similar efficiency) - Bonus is decent but not written in your offer letter (no company can take bonus into account if you leave the organisation) -Your technical knowledge won’t improve unless you are joining as a fresher (who has little to no professional experience) - They still use Python 2 which was deprecated at least a decade ago. - Do not recommend for techies....Read More
