My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time.I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? Currently working as technology leadWith 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPAIs This offer is comes under market standard.Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer. I feel This 3.7 is literally more variable then other companies. Please give some suggestions.
