I like the culture at the bank and the supportive environment and facilities available for employees to have better work life balance.

Dislikes

The pool of colleagues are from Tier1 college which has a good impact on your growth and learning as well as a negative impact on your promotion and appraisal.

Systems and Tools were good. Good food options at their cafeteria and good hygiene.

1. Poor management skills of manager 2. Too much politics. One colleague changed her team within a broader group and became a leader within a year of that team and removed most of the people from that team. I mean how could that be possible one year experience into new work and new team is so fresh to be as a VP and they removed other people from that team so that no-one can ask for promotion as VP. JPMC has an excellent culture and treats all its employees equal. There are so many opportunities in JPMC that he's us explore and learn Banking. The senior management has a clear vision of employee welfare along with banking growth. The Firm revolves around it's culture, values, mission & vision. I am here today for all the opportunities JPMC & it's Management has offered to me.

There can be a few mid level Management who are yet to learn to deal with people.

The company predominantly displays the culture of micro management & employees are constantly poked and nagged until they give up. The mangers needs ego massaging and think that they are paying for their employees salary or if their pocket. The worst kind of people with no humanly etiquettes are found here. DO NOT JOIN J P MORGAN #WORST COMPANY

Pointless events and Indian management efforts and resultant bakwas session to try and stay relevant.

Global centers are regarded as labour arbitrage destinations and international managers excel in passive agressive racism blatantly. Local management is just full of sycophants, so don't bother doing more than your base salary

JPMC is one of the best employers. The work life Balance is good. Senior management is really great. Employee benefits are another one to be called out. Over all a great experience. I would love to work for this for this firm again.
