This is a division of JPMC previously known as Tavisca. Too much politics and Favouritism for previously hired folks. Managers like folks who licks their boot. No career growth. Managers Running companies like they own it. Very unhealthy environment. Leads will give negative feedback if their CTC is lower than others.

Toxic work environment. Biased management. Work culture entirely depends on the team you work. Got to know CCB and AWM have decent work culture, but CIB is mostly terrible. Not to mention, many teams require weekend support.

-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

Recruiting People Managers in the past few years has caused nothing but pain to the Team. A technical Manager/Engineering Manager understands things and can estimate things. But a people Manager is a Dummy Manager who has neither Appraisal/Bonuses/Promotions in hand, he is just a Dummy figure in the company who knows nothing but to chase after Team for Trainings, Time-sheets, Micro-Management.
