It's not about the organization, but the management does not follow the policies during exit..they do not negotiate on notice period which is 90 days while I have seen other managements in same organization are doing that.

Dislikes

Once you've been in banking for a few years and have amassed big spending commitments, it's hard to find an alternative high paying career. People feel stuck. They can't even move to banking jobs in any more.

It is an overall good bank to work at. The people culture, diversity and inclusion, skills upgrade and other ad hoc facilities are great. It has a low risk appetite that makes the processes complex but the management is open to improvisation and encourages employees to share their best ideas.

Dislikes

Bank needs a better risk appetite to improvise it's processes.

Current boss of Priority business relationship managers , Who is Santosh Panday, really pathatic person to work with, avoid joining till he handling the team, he just find one person from each team make him his "CHELA" and trust every false or true news given by him, actually Santosh Panday is playing with the system, poor leader, egoistic and not a man

The overall group culture abroad is good but not in India

On policies they show that they care a lot for their employees.But in reality there isa Lot of undue stress.HR is virtual.No contact with any HR person for any work.Lot of work pressure and termination on short notice.

I have ever seen a worst management in my whole work experience. Manager will never allow you to talk with anyone and spy on you if they find you talking to anyone from the same unit. I resigned as money is not the only factor that makes us work. They really speak badly about you in your absence.
