Is it a right time to switch the Job?
I’m currently working in a B2B Sales role at a financial institution, focusing on client acquisitions and relationship management. However, I’m at a career crossroads and seeking advice from the community.
Recently, my company has started discontinuing certain product lines, which has weakened our market offerings. Additionally, there has been an unsettling rise in layoffs and attrition, creating a challenging work environment. Despite my efforts, the growth opportunities feel limited, and the lack of stability has made me question my future here.
I have over a decade of experience in sales, key account management, and lead generation. I am confident in my ability to take on new challenges, but I want to ensure that any move I make aligns with my career aspirations and professional growth.
How do you decide when it’s the right time to make a switch? Any insights from those who have faced similar dilemmas would be greatly appreciated.

Job Offer Dilemma
I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer. To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high. How would you approach this decision?
