Top brass is very impolite and act as slave bosses. Honest working that hampers normal work is discouraged . Mr. Nishit Dhadich being an ill mannered and rude line manager who resorts to verbally abusing employees. My suggestion to freshers in Jar pictures - If you come across any such bad behaviour don't ignore it to save your job . They probably don't hire the same person again.
