Worst for freshers. It's like being in Pressure cooker. No respect for ladies. Dictator type Treatment. Call themselves as OEM but environment is super worst then Service based Industry. Importance and appreciation are given only to those who spy for management. HR is not supportive. They are puppets. You will be fired off left andright if you won't do the things as per manager. He tell to bill less billable hours in your daily workorder though entire work is done by you. All credit is taken for himself and if mistake is found them we are reasonable. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
