Good appraisal % in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Very poor compensation and the management does false promises to retain their employee. They literally have no benefits all you get is your salary. Management here thinks that they are doing best and probably they think like that because they haven't seen the market.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
