It's your call, either you want to learn and grow. 1. My MD is best person till date I worked with any company, because he corporates, support and provide personal space and work-balancing life. 2. Salary always on time. 3. My Korean delegates are very supportive. 4. You have chance to go to abroad because of working with best companies in the world.

1. Salary is little low comparison to other standard industries of the market.

Work Details

Work policy: When the customer calls, you have to be there within required time. So in this position, you are always on alert mode to deal with customer quality objectives.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
