I was fortunate that I moved out before its too late for me but i am sharing what i observed there. Job security - Have seen people getting fired on their 1st day because management could not decide and analyse the company requirement and keep people high and dry without job. Work culture - extreme level Micromanagement, high level use offensive and abusive language while addressing anyone (be it male or female). Policies - It keeps changing as per owner's mood after everyday breakfast. If they hire you saying that your salary will be revised after 3 months, please forget that. The company provide good facilities to each and every employee of the company, people working there are very helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

The company don't know the exact rules and regulations and rights of the employee. They take any action without thinking deeply and the management of the organization is very poor.

Woking with ITConnect was good but the terrible thing that they had done with me that is after one and a half month they put me and some other employees back to the training again and the reasons were very silly and also they they had stopped our salary.
