We have many trainings and personal trainings. We can purchase and claim ITC products

There is no much project's from ITC infotech and they are giving clients . we should go and work in the client location. For women's its bit difficult. if there are no projects allocated within 2 months, they are asking to relive and 10 days asked us to relieve.

2% increment is considered good here, management sucks, 60 days bench period, if you're in bench and then fired.

Salary, management, they say the assessment cycle is June to June, they provide a 2% hike on November December, they eat from your Ctc and don't pay you.

ITC info will give multiple opportunities to work on any projects when you are on bench. Leadership is really good.

Overall ITC info is kind of typical service industry. It was short period for me with ITC. I don't find any thing which I can mention here.

No proper communication on Appraisal and even though the company is making good profits employees are not getting enough hikes. This is applicable widely across all the departments in ITC Infotech.

1. CEO Singh is only one who has a vision of orbit+ or AI and is trying hard to get team to execute. however, the down line is recently changed over last year - it's mostly a mess. Culture eats Strategy for breakfast and ITC infotech is classic example of it.

They will commit you will get hike in coming appraisal even they agreed on mail, but at time of appraisal they denied given what we contract. They makes employees fool. Same thing happened to me . Not believe in words or even mail . If you want get it done within a month otherwise you are in trouble.

I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

3% increment for average performers, Appraisal cycle is March to April but increment is effective from november. That means no arrears from April to October. HR won't tell you this!! Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions.
