I just like the new things i learnt in ISON. As i started my carier over there learnt a lot of things which i wasn't aware of, But HR department and Payroll Department need to improve a kindof as a basic structure of an employee as 99.0% of candidates joins a company to earn so its companies duty to provide them with all the basics and also there should be carier grwoth availble in ISON not the internal decisions to promote somebody irrespective of there talent hardwork ..........Read More

There was a smoking zone , the pretty good place to relax , now they removed that also , dont even think of relaxing in Cafteria or no other place this company has
