nothing to like leave policy is not good sandwich policy will deduct 4 leave if you are on leave from friday to monday. Do not belive i have read several review all the positive ones are fake. Asking personally to former employees they will tell no to join this organisation some seniors are there from almost 8 to 10 years apart form them every employee just left the organisation in a year.

No Career Growth, Not good for both fresher and experienced Freshers: They will not provide any kind of training in a structured manner. In Training you will suffocate as you are not allowed to ask tech related q. to any team member. No Team work Have to work on weekend due to poor project management as the manager neeraj is not efficient handling project. The manager will always demotivate at last you will think that there is no hope for you Manager is a egoist Why CEO is still keeping him instead of valuable talented peoples. You will not learn any new tech stack as they do not have any projects. If you are now working on skills on weekends if you get time you will be rusted as company's mind is to keep the employee demotivated and they try that employee will not learn and grow such a poor mindset. Outdated systems, even the chairs are so old that yo have to adjust yourself and waste so many time feeling comfortable due to poor furniture.
