Safety awareness programs conducted by the management (jsw) is very good, JSW plant is very good in maintain safety stands, every year they conduct samooh meeting to resolve employees problems. Provide transportation to their employees, maintain quality of safety products like shoes gloves ear mufs masks etc.. Company never hold salaries and other benfits sometimes it will get some late but they will pay. Joining procedure and trainings is good, resignation process also good. Sometimes employee dies then their family members requested then company provide job to his/her family member. If employee made several mistakes company forgive him and never terminate. Which is best quality of Ishan technical plant services. Mr. Ajay Kanth jha (director), Deepak singh ( former manager) they are the best because they respect employees and if employee tells any problem they tried to rectify that problem immediately....Read More

No respect for employees,if any one go to office no one ask to sit we have to stand upto our work finished. samooh meeting conducted by the management which is completely waste because they fixed the concept what we have to ask what not they tell us before start the samooh meeting. No freedom of talk in samooh meeting. No one intrested to join samooh. Increment grading system is worst. Grading is not depend upon performance and experience its depending upon salary. If any incident happend during duty hours they tried to calmup never issue IOD. If it is major situation IOD will provide. No special concessions at hospitality and schools for associate employees. Fee depends on salary basis at schools. Upto 2022 no family medical insurance provided. In 2023 started family health insurance. Only we will get salary, bonus only no other extra benefits like travel allowances etc.. Leaves yearly 28 for non ESI employee For ESI employee 21..Which is too low. No apprisels no promotions if there is promotion no salary benfits only work budden is gets high. No fixed date for salary. No insurance provided for employee if he died on duty they considered if employee died outside of the plant like at home somewhere else they are not considered and their family does not get any other benfits except pf gratuity....Read More
