Good company to work for, communication with HR periodically on regular basis to discuss about the work satisfaction and if any concerns are there and they give their best to rectify it . Remote opportunity, WFH is the key feature Provides platform to upgrade our skills.

Less on-site opportunities Client-calls happening at late evening (its not about IRIS but still we are working with Client, its affecting us)

I appeared for their interview , for the period of 3 weeks , the HR lady did not use to pick the call , I had to ask someone my known to tell hr that I was calling for one of my job application , only then conversation started.. THIS IS THE BLOODY LOW of this company..HRs behave like CHEAP people. Then they were doing lot of drama of scheduling the interview ..3-4 time they kept on rescheduling the call and these third class people did not even had the courtsey to call and inform that interview is NOT happening..20 min after waiting some bloody crap person used to SMS (nt even call or email) that their crap panel is not available... ABSOLUTELY THIRD CLASS company. Threir panel was SO CHEAP that bloody idiot kept on ARGUING with me on some matter and started SCOLDING me , TALKING IN UNPROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE ..as if the candidate has come to become their slave and candidate is begger. Felt like giving a tight slap to such bloody idiot panels.. I even informed their HR but n use , HR lady never picked the call , kept on disconnecting , giving bloody crap excuses..May God bless such people witth HELL...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
