Despite the larger vision of employe centricity at the managerail level it gets diluted most of the manager are just doing tick in the box kind of connect and few don't event bother to connect .

Iris has good policy as MNC company. Working at iris work life is balanced.work culture is also good.

I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.

The comfort you get while working is the most I like here. Work life is easy here and the different kind of support you get from the organization whether be your learning or your aspiring goals to achieve.

Need more technical people to come forward and contribute in building more alike people in the organization.

No job security, you'll always find a sword of being fired hanging around your neck. No stability. Since last two years there has been no appraisal. Work hours are pathetic, people don't care about norms or rules. Finish your work even if you are on hospital bed. There is a history of Iris, they hire and fire very often. So trustwould be a major issue if you are joining this organization. Worst work culture, partial behaviour, no work life balance, micromanagement, poor leadership management, no growth/ no appraisal, less growth opportunities and development. No salary hike increament since 2 years.

Leadership team is very pathetic. So much internal politics. They layed off 50+ members in a single day without any reason and prior notice. No work life balance and less growth opportunities.

They promote to learn new technology and certification. Also they do have good project which keep up your technical skills. HR management is very good as they keep on interacting with you and open for any discussion. Also this company is very good for female employees.
