IRIS is very employee friendly in my experience so far. While meeting Client requirements, Company is quite adaptive in building employee friendly policies. Salary & Benefits are also quite competitive as per job market. while most of the work force is working from home, there is constant focus on self development & learning. Employees are encouraged to go for trainings & external certification.

They'll give more pkg than other companies comparatively. Small organization so you can reach everyone easily HR, Management etc.
Projects, very old techs mostly too old that you won't be able to google. Security, small duration projects 2 3 months so after that you'll be on bench/layoff. Sometime Iris feel like a middle man only, all your decision will be taken by client. Management won't even discuss with client. Join as last resort only.

I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.

Unfortunately, my experience working here was far from positive. Favoritism is rampant within the Talent Acquisition department, especially with leaders like Nidhi and Nishi. They have their favorites, and these individuals are supported in every way, regardless of merit, while new team members are often sidelined without any opportunity to grow or contribute. This toxic culture creates a stifling work environment. Additionally, there is a problematic gifting culture. It became clear that those who gave gifts to Nidhi and Nishi were favored, receiving opportunities and privileges that were not based on performance or skill. To make matters worse, there is zero job security, especially after recent changes in upper management. The new VP of Talent Acquisition seems to lack the necessary experience and understanding to run the department effectively, further adding to the overall dysfunction.
