Dislikes

Managers are not trained enough to provide constructive feedback especially to people joining new. There is no trainer based trainings imparted to new joiners nd so it is extremely difficult to understand the nature of work. People are expected to learn everything all by self read trainings. The managers are rude in providing feedback nd there is no action taken against such things. Career growth is questionable as moving within the department is made extremely difficult....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
