The work pressure and fear of loosing the job is always remains. The medical perks are not great but just fullfill the needs.

I currently work with IQVIA as a project lead (11 YOE) in clinical trials, drug safety and Pharmacovigilance. I have been trying to move into Healthcare consulting lately due to my interest. Some employees are really helpful. Salary is according to market standards.

Toxic Work Environment. Politics is common for getting promotion. Lack of communication between management and employees. HRs are present to serve management rather than employees (who need them)
