Good work culture, nice cafeteria, office space is really nice. IQVIA really cares about there employees well being. Management is good too. Appraisals & bonus are fine but they give good salary.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow the company management keeps changing leading to department changes, which affects individual goals. Salary is decent but hikes & bonuses are not that good.
