I worked in IQVIA for 2.6 years .Good n open work culture which is very rare to find in other companies , Overall great experience. Company policies are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The work environment is good and friendly and hardly any workplace politics. There are most of female employees as it feels safe due to various policies and safety measures taken. Growth and learning go hand in hand and company provides timely updates and trainings. All other facilities are good.
