iQor has brought a new vision to my goals. It has added the flavour of "always see the big picture" to my decision making skills. The best thing about iQor is that you get a lot of opportunities to learn new skills. Also the organisation is pretty employee centric and really take care of its associates, which is really fantastic.

Every organisation has a different vision with almost same goal. There can always be some area of opportunity with every individual or organization. Therefore, I have nothing to dislike about this or any organisation.

No work life balance, job security and opportunities for permanent roles. They pull you for SMEs, TLs, Trainers, and QAs and once the seasonal business grows, they send you back to the associate role. They never work on upskilling individuals but uses them and send them back to so the associate role ie taking chats. Sheer politics and favouritism is there within the management for which no one takes action and we have no option to left with other than leaving the job....Read More

Nothing this is a worst company you will ever join in your life. They do not any fix timing no proper and complete salary credited to your account. No appraisal no promotion no appreciation only forced OT and they won't even pay you for that.
