We get opportunities to work with palo alto customer. We can have complete access of firewall whenever required for troubleshooting.

They don't allow the work from home. It's very hard to get the work from home.

No promotions for female employees They take female employees only for government sake but will not even consider anything. Those Managers and Team lead also has family and their wifes even get pregnant but they will make the pregnant employees suffer like anything. Mainly NOC Team.

1. There strict wfo policy they will provide 2 days wfh based on your relation with managers , no wfh even if you have major function in you family where u need long leaves more than 2 week than no chance earlier they used to give wfh if you are going home but their new policy sucks... HR do take feedbacks but sorry they share yournames with manager if u mention anything in feedback.. 2. Next is night shift ...they don't give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

Poor IT Support: If any issues occur with your laptop or PC, the IT team will simply ask you to restart it. They do not take backups when changing your laptop. Poor Administration: HR personnel roam around with their laptops all day, yet they do not respond to messages. You will not receive any arrears here. If the appraisal periodis changed, they will not discuss it with you beforehand; they will simply inform you. Poor Food Quality: The cafeteria serves the worst food you will ever have. Only on Wednesdays do they provide decent food. The food supplier behaves as if they are giving away free food. Everything. Worst management. You will be reporting to the operation goons who knows nothing. They will recruit a communication trainer and will not let them work independently. They will ask you to do what they think os right and if uou tell them that it won’t work, they’ll say they have been in that company for more than you have,so they know what will work and will make you work like a quality agent. In the end what they said won’t work and they’ll again come back to us and again do the same! You won’t be a trainer here, rather a slave. You can’t learn anything new! You can only tell the recruiter of the next company that you have done something, learnt something apart from just audits and coaching, that too they will expect 100 audits and 100 coachings a week, but sorry! Where is the training part that is there in my designation!!!!! There is mo SOP. One week you will audit a set of people’s contact and voah and next week another but the second week, they will ask you on the traction of the set of people you coahed last week!
