Content Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and drive content marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing & GTM strategies.
• Drive end-to-end content creation processes, from ideation through to distribution and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client-facing teams, to ensure content supports business objectives.
• Write high-quality articles, case studies, white papers, press releases, abstracts, and other thought leadership content.
• Develop engaging and informative content for blogs, websites, and social media channels.
• Produce well-researched, insightful, and authoritative tech content tailored to a B2B audience.
• Drive content projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO). user engagement, and inbound marketing.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective content strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5-9 years of content marketing experience, specifically within IT or at an agency working for IT clients.
• Verbal Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences.
• Project Management: Strong experience in managing multiple projects, driving them to completion with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience creating tech-focused content such as case studies, white papers, tech blogs, and other tech thought leadership assets.
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Good understanding of SEO and inbound marketing best practices to drive content effectiveness.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT sector and B2B marketing practices.
