Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

• Write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers focusing on Salesforce solutions and related topics.

• Create and edit compelling and informative content for Salesforce-related topics, such as CRM best practices, product features, and implementation guides.

• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

• Research industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

• Optimize content for search engines and user experience, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content formatting.

• Stay up-to-date with advancements in Salesforce technology and industry trends to incorporate into content development.

• Work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to create multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and interactive tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.

• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a desire to innovate and experiment with new content formats.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

• Software skills - Adobe photoshop/ Figma/ Adobe XD/ Sketch is a plus.
