We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ad Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad tech platforms, programmatic advertising, and campaign optimization strategies, will also be responsible for managing ad operations workflows, ensuring accurate ad delivery, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing revenue generation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad trafficking, and optimization.

2. Manage ad operations workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ads across multiple platforms and channels.

3. Collaborate with external teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to gather campaign requirements and implement advertising strategies that meet client objectives.

4. Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and creative assets, working closely with technical teams and external vendors to resolve issues promptly.

6. Implement and maintain ad operations best practices, including ad trafficking standards, tagging conventions, and quality assurance processes.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, ad tech innovations, and platform updates, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and strategies into ad operations workflows.

8. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for ad operations processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency across the team.

Provide leadership and mentorship to ad operations team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
