Job Brief

To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of iOPEX. Operating as the HR location head, to advise, guide and support employees and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates. Is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive people strategy for assigned business units at Bangalore. This individual will have the ability to see the big picture people strategy needs, as well as anticipate and run more tactical organisations and people need to cultivate a truly amazing employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance which includes coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions; manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
• Collaborate with the Compensation Manager to provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of timesheets, Loss of pay and job leveling/re-leveling
• Ensure the delivery of innovative organisational development solutions and cutting edge HR services across talent management, career development, performance management, leadership engagement, culture and conflict resolution
• Partner effectively with other cross-functional teams such as Diversity, L&D, Talent Management and Compensation on communications and best practices
• Assist with the communication, change management, and roll-out of updated or new people programs and policies
• Serve as a primary point of contact for teams within the assigned organization on all People & Culture related matters. Drive Engagement from hire to retire. Increase retention strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to our business and functional organizations
