The HRBP & Operations Analyst works to support overall Human Resources (HR) strategy initiatives by providing ongoing reporting and analyses, as needed, for the department. This role also supports assigned areas of business by providing coaching and guidance. The position provides analysis, guidance, and rigor around defining, modeling, and reporting of data related to Human Resources. The role will regularly and routinely collect, compile, and analyze Human Resources data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to colleague relations, engagement, performance and talent management, retention, and additional project areas as needed.
