Dislikes

Company has to focus on few of the Employee benefits like Early joining Bonus, Base location transfer claim and Parental Health Insurance. Also, Employee (Natural Death/Accidental) Insurance coverage amount is very less and looks not fair enough. Please prioritise on this as its a primary need of the Employee's famiy once respective employee "no more".

I can see lot of scope for learning and certainly adds more weightage in my CV.

One who dislikes something can't LIKE the same and travel with them. I am liking it for a decade and will do more in the upcoming years. So, Definitely NO major Employees Impacting factors to be considered! Few minor factors to be fixed which have been already suggested & under discussion by the Management.

I was there for around 1.5 years and never regret choosing Iopex. It was a great experience during my tent. I had good work life balance. I had to quit due to some personal reasons otherwise I would have continued in iopex

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
