Don't you know how much calls can be handled by employee ? Just because the clients requirement are rooftop you expect us to do it without any error. Are we machine or human ? If you can't save an employee and it's just gnna be hire and fire game. What a waste

There is nothing to like about the company. It is a waste of time.

The company is completely a waste of time because, they are not employee friendly. They don’t care about the employees. Poor cab facilities. HR BPs are the worst. They do not show any kind of humanity even though if you are on the death bed.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Never ever consider joining iopex. Too much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

This company is bulls*it and there are no likes about it, If you want to have a growth in life make sure to improve your technical skills and move to abroad, because I think most of the companies in India will force employees to work overtime. So it completely depends on you, hustle now and enjoy later on!!

- Micromanagement - If you need certification of any tool then you need to agree with 1 year bond. - This company doesn't have a proper system - If you lic* your manager's feet, then your future will be in a good position. I realy surprised by the front desk employee, Daniel, who genuinely cared about women's safety. He spoke with the trainer, HR, and requested that the new hire paperwork be completed and the female employee be sent out as soon as possible since she was traveling a long distance.He is deserving of praise for his initiative. It demonstrates that all employees are equal communicators.

Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.

Partiality, favouritism & worst politics, worst top management. Even you work for more hours & extended the time to complete the work. They simply said low performance. Higher management is judgemental. If they don't like you they treat you badly & they never gave hike also.
