There is a lot to learn here. Based on our working field we can improve our knowledge a lot.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, and they don't give a good appraisal. The HR dept doesn't keep your complaints secrets so don't trust those people's promises. The HR people don't take action against your complaint about your higher people.

I would suggest to inform the holiday in prior. Since here they are announcing on a day before holiday, the people who are far away from chennai couldn't plan to visit their native place.

Work Details

My works are pretty hectic around start of the every quarter. Once campaign starts, the work might be reduced a lit bit. Still I am learning and try to improve my work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
