Likes

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts technology. I love the fact that I was the part of a team that makes markets reliable, high-quality products & global client base. A fantastic place for learning, job is secure for the candidates, very co-operative & supportive management. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire queries of clients as well as manage day to day yield operations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
