The main thing u can learn the project (work) there is no work pressure no target as per hike there is no growth u will get normal hike which u won't agree with that

The one thing hike is very unreasonable, u will get low as much u expected

There is no job security, no work culture, there is no proper management, no proper company policies.

They are doing some data entry projects with some basics level people, for BPO projects, they can't handle, HR Department, IT Department & Finance Department they don't have proper knowledge, Management will treat you like slave, if you speak with them in a corporate manner, you will be fired, salary date will be delay, MD and his kids have their separate Restroom, which will be locked as because of none other should use that.
