Content Manager has vision but his hands are tied

Dislikes

SEO manager, of course. Didnt know the basics and keep on blaming others for his mistakes. He controls and interferes other teams gives poor guidance which later ends up in a disaster. I had to blindly follow his stupid decisions and the ideas were later taken, by then the damage was already done. He then later implement it claiming his idea. Many employees left the job, I mean the talented ones because of him. They need to relook into his position if they wanna perform good.
