Too much politics in every department. If you are their favourite then you will be living in fortune. They won’t listen to your problems. Targets for new bees are more then the production batches. Even if u r capable but was unable to perform it wont be considered. Hr team they hardly solve any issue, TM’ s they fight among themselves, angel one of the operation manager she is so egoistic, god know what the team manager and agents have to go through. She is so rude. Training are good but even they dont have much control over anything. They have to rely on here n there. Quality team they are on next level, they dont know how to audit but they r certified are quality. In alorica u dont need to work hard but make connections u will be promoted. Work environment… even if u die they won’t allow u to take leave....Read More

One of the worse company I have ever worked to much work pressure with one way cab When I first join we get food with both way cab slowly the company started to change by removing food removing cab they even remove disposable cup to safe money
