In Invenio Sometimes workload will be less something very high. Small office and good environment.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is zero. They will expect you to work even after working hour even regularly. They will ask to work on weekends continuously. You won't get much time for yourself.

Work-life balance is very bad, You have to struggle for asking even assigned annual leave.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
