Role - Associate Marketing Manager

Summary

We seek a dynamic and creative Associate Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong English writing skills, a robust understanding of the regional market, and the ability to create compelling graphic designs. This role requires a proactive approach to social media engagement and familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms, particularly HubSpot. Additionally, the Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.
Design and produce graphic content for social media platforms, advertisements, and internal communications.
Utilize HubSpot and other CRM and CMS tools for campaign management and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Lead employee engagement programs and activities to foster a positive work culture and strengthen regional team cohesion.

Skills Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on writing and social media.
Strong English writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and CMS platforms is a plus.
Excellent understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances.
