Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns : Work with the team to develop marketing plans that align with business goals, and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Content Creation and Scheduling : Design, create, and schedule daily content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and video content, across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Market Research : Conduct research to identify new marketing trends, and competitor socials to inform campaign planning.
Engagement and Community Management : Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and foster community engagement through meaningful interactions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor marketing campaign performance across all platforms and provide regular reports with actionable insights on engagement, conversions, and other KPIs.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing content aligns with 26ideas and its ventures brand voice and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in marketing campaign planning and execution, especially across social media and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in video editing tools and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
Ability to analyse marketing data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.
