I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Honestly, there was nothing good in the company that could be written here.

My time at this company was marked by a series of disappointments. The work culture was undeniably toxic, creating an environment of constant tension and minimal camaraderie among colleagues. Poor management exacerbated these issues, as it felt like our concerns fell on deaf ears. On top of this, late salary disbursements added financial stress to the mix. Manager displayed striking level of ego, making open communication a challenge. Additionally, the strict work hours and no flexibility hindered any semblance of work life balance. Having worked at intozi, I can't help but share my less than pleasant experience. The workplace culture I encountered was undeniably toxic with unsupportive and arrogant managers. The management team, from my perspective, appeared disconnected from the needs and concerns of employees, making it a challenge to address issues effectively. Late salary payments were a recurring problem, causing financial stress for many of the employees. The prevalence of favoritism and the practice of sycophantic behaviour made the work environment even more disheartening. There was no work life balance and even on national holidays we used to work which left us with no personal time. I would advise whosoever is even thinking to join this company, DON'T and should take a step back in their thoughts and go anywhere but here....Read More
