The whole leadership under CBIT business division is corrupt. All unskilled people are running the business with their cheap mindset and dirty politics. This department or IBU only works on politics , all bunch of cowards and cheaters are sitting together and running their show!! Politics is the only skill you need to survive in that IBU , nothing else required!!! I feel pity for Tech Mahindra. They supported me by giving an early 1 month waiver on my notice period, so that they can get rid of me asap and avoid the investigation stage internally!!! When politics rule the department or IBU - CBIT, you can't expect anything positive. With dirty politics, they are ruining good, talented people job as well as their career. Big time impact I had in my life, as I was forced to resign by myself due to dirty politics being played inside the IBU- CBIT function and the environment that was created after I started reporting about the bad things happening inside. I forwarded all evidences to the owner of the company as well along with the ombudsman team internally for a detailed investigation, but Owner is busy in tweeter rather than fixing the issues inside. God knows since how long these dirty things are going on & still everyone is blind and deaf to investigate honestly and punish the guilty!! Imagine a 10 member team is run by 3 levels of Manager's for a simple project Third Party Risk Management. Right from the Project Manager level who is sitting onsite in Houston, US till the next skip level, all are playing politics with their lower subordinates in every possible way!! I guess 5-6 people left the company already specifically from that project only, due to harrassment, though I was the only person to highlight the bad things happening inside with evidences.....Read More

Upraisal process is unfair Salary Hike is very less Transport facility is very bad they will club different routes people in 1 cab which will cause a lot of delay for u to reach home if u r last drop and the cab timings are also too early for pickup for 6 am shift they pick me up at 4:20 am
