A Terrible Experience, Working at Intoglo, was a nightmare. The work-life balance was non-existent, with constant demands to work late and on weekends. Annual increments were minimal, barely covering inflation. The work culture was toxic, plagued by micromanagement and favoritism. Overall, Intoglo is a place to avoid if you value your well-being and career growth.

Zero employee centric, very bad and dominant work culture. Employee's are treated like labours with no vacations and will make you work 16-17 hours with the least salary they could provide.
