They hired me as a senior interior designer & made us responsible for making cold calls for daily to meet targets, if didn't achieve they'll fire the candidate within a month. It felt like a telemarketing job and it was. They misled me during the interview, and I felt undervalued. I strongly advise against considering this company. Never work with square yards, it's just a waste of time. You will lose with mental peace, extreme pressure, unnecessary target, toxic environment. Manager's will always support girls. Manager's are biased. Working hours are horrible like you have to punch at 10.30 Otherwise after 10.31 they will calculate this as a half day. I thinksquare yards has a army rule. After all this mess they will deduct your salary without any reason then obviously you will ask your HR but they are even they are not aware about anything. And one more thing about this company you have to wear a square yards T-shirt and you have to pay 500 rs for the t shirt. And for site visit also you have to pay from your pocket....Read More
