Nothing to be liked about this company as there are just negatives, interviews occurs each and everyday as they know that no one's gonna like this company work culture. Shame in the name of MNC

My experience with this firm was terrible. They hired me as a senior interior designer & made us responsible for making cold calls for daily to meet targets, if didn't achieve they'll fire the candidate within a month. It felt like a telemarketing job and it was. They misled me during the interview, and I felt undervalued. I strongly advise against considering this company. They don't even consider passion & costumer satisfaction, the numbers are to be met and the performance is evaluated on the basis of targets only which they never mention in the JD or interview...Read More
