Apart from team mates there isnt much to talk about here.

Dislikes

The list is lengthy... No training or growth opportunities Forget about growth Salaries are below industry standards Appraisal-it literally takes months and months to get it processed with hell lot of follow-up of no use, with a standard rise to every employee no matter how much efforts you put in.. It's not your working manager who decides your percent but some anonymous individual ! And work life balance, no life at all..The work hours are lengthy and expect you to stretch all days and ofcourse weekend too The HR .....Read More
